HERCULES

  • A thermally broken profile system intended for external use.
  • It enables the construcion of various types of doors and windows. Triple-chamber profiles with the frame depths of 67mm ensure optimum thermal insulation.
  • The system offers solutions for most standart types of windows and doors which, together with it’s economical cost, makes it our most frequently used window and door system.
  • Excellent for partitions in commercial buildings.

TRITON

  • Triton is a profile system for manufacturing doors, windows and shop windows consisting of triple chamber profiles made of high-quality aluminium.
  • Triton system offers a solution for most standard applications of doors and windows. An easy production process using CNC machine tools or blanking dies makes cost-efficient manufacturing possible.
  • Triton is compatible with other systems (Hercules, Olympia, Harmonia, Hestia, Notus), which facilitates the work of window and door manufacturers.

ATHENA HI

  • Athena HI is a thermally broken double-chamber window and door system, offering improved thermal performance.
  • An economical profile system offering a higher thermal performance for windows, doors and glazed walls.
  • The system consists of an outer flat profile and an internal closed aluminium profile connected with special ABS sections that function as an improved break of a thermal bridge.
  • Windows, doors and glazed walls of this system are mainly exported to European countries with a warmer climate, where a higher thermal resistance of frames and a lower thermal transmittance are required as compared to the Apollo standard version. The system Athena HI is not intended for internal use.
  • The system Athena HI can be used with other products from Blyweert aluminium, thanks to a wide range of profiles and connecting systems.

TRITON HI

TRITON HI+

  • The Triton HI+ thermally broken profile system offering the same exceptional thermal performance at Triton HI, with simplified fabrication.
  • It is an alternative to the system Triton HI. In this version the thermal bridge is interrupted with wide thermal breaks with an integrated patented foam insert that considerably decreases the transfer of cold inside the half of the profile. This modification allows to retain the same thermal transmittance as in the system Triton HI. This version is highly advantageous as it accelerates production, due to the omission of the one of the manufacturing processes – the profiles are coated as a whole, not separately. This offers significant time saving during fabrication.
  • The system Triton HI+ is a comfortable and cost-efficient solution for family houses and flats. Combined with triple insulated glass panes, it ensures low thermal transmittance and meets the most stringent thermal insulation requirements.
  • As with other Blyweert products the Triton HI+ profile range may be integrated semlessly with other profile systems from our product range

OLYMPIA HI

  • A thermally broken profile system for external use, offering class-leading thermal performance.
  • It enables the construction of various types of doors and windows. Triple-chamber profiles with the frame depths of 82mm ensure the highest thermal insulation.
  • The system has been designed to meet the increasing demand for fittings for low-energy and passive buildings.
  • Excellent for partitions in single-family houses and commercial buildings that require the highest thermal insulation.

PANEL DOOR

  • A thermally broken profile system for metal panelled doors opening both inwards and outwards.
  • This system, just as other products by Blyweert Aluminium is easy to manufacture and highly functional.
  • The system is developed from the technology used in the TRITON HI and OLYMPIA profile ranges.
  • The solid infill panels can be provided in various thicknesses to provide varying levels of thermal insulation. The separation between external and internal cladding to the door leafs reduces thermal transmission and reduces door deformation under extreme temperature differentials from interior to exterior.
  • Weather strips to the door openings are supported within the aluminium fixed and opening frame profiles rather than being bonded to the door cladding. This promotes durability in heavily trafficked door applications..

KRATOS HI

  • A thermally broken facade curtain walling system for commercial applications.
  • Capable of large span self-supporting glazed structures with slim glazing profiles [52mm standard profile width].
  • A wide range of the internal depths of the support profiles and the external capping profiles ensure a fully flexible wall design.
  • In its standard version Kratos HI achieves levels of thermal performance comparable with the high-performance versions of our competitors curtain walling systems.
  • Fully compatible with our related semi-structurally glazed system Kratos SSG.
  • Ideal for the construction of glazed curtain and filling walls in commercial buildings.

KOLOS HI

  • A thermally broken profile system for sliding doors for external use, with enhanced thermal performance, and glazing up to 57mm thick.
  • It enables the construction of sliding doors and lift-and-slide doors with the maximum leaf weight of 400kg.
  • Triple-chamber profiles with the leaf depth of 72mm ensure high thermal insulation. Available in versions with a single- and double-track frame with an extension that enables the construction of a triple-track construction.
  • A sliding door system whose profiles are more solid than its predecessors. It enables large-sized glazings with the simultaneous optimisation of the space after opening.
  • Excellent for the construction of sliding doors in single-family houses and commercial buildings.
